We want you to be happy with Ledger One. If it isn't the right fit, you have 30 days to get your money back — no drama, no small print games. Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle, so refunds are processed by them.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Ledger One subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the transaction date.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all Ledger One orders and processes all refund requests, returns, billing enquiries, payment support, tax, and customer service around payments. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle.
The fastest way is to visit paddle.net, sign in with the email you used at checkout, and request a refund on the relevant transaction. You can also email support@ledgerone.app and we will forward your request to Paddle on your behalf. Please include the email used at checkout and the transaction date.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. If you cancel within the 30-day window, you can request a full refund of the most recent charge as described above. Outside the 30-day window, cancellation still takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.
One-off charges such as Priority Migration are also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, provided the work has not already been completed. Recurring add-ons follow the same 30-day rule as the underlying subscription.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law or the equivalent law in your jurisdiction. If local law requires a longer refund window or additional remedies, those apply.
